Real Estate Crowdlending · Ecuador
Ecazona connects investors with vetted real estate projects in Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca. Loans secured by first-rank mortgages and real collateral, with target returns between 9% and 13% per year.

What is real estate crowdlending
Real estate crowdlending is a form of collective investing in which several people lend capital to a property developer or project. In return, they earn periodic interest payments and the repayment of their principal when the loan matures. At Ecazona every loan is secured by mortgages, guarantee trusts or real collateral over the underlying property, which reduces investor risk compared to other alternatives.

Step 01
01
We assess the developer's solvency, the appraisal of the property, municipal permits and technical viability. We only list projects that pass our risk committee.
Step 02
02
Pick the projects you like and invest the amount you choose. Your contribution joins that of hundreds of investors funding the loan.
Step 03
03
You receive monthly payments or a single payment at maturity, according to the project schedule. If the developer defaults, we enforce the mortgage in favor of investors.
